The Claim process
We deal with all major and small insurance companies. IAG, State, AMI, NZI, Ando, AA, Vero, Tower, Lumley, Farmers Mutual group, Medical Insurance Society, Zurich, Allianz, AIA and AIG.

If you are not fully insured or have third party insurance only (an accident is not your fault), you will need to know what insurance company the other party is insured with. You will need a claim number from the other party and then make contact with their insurance company.
When you call your insurance company it is your right to choose your preferred repairer. Call the insurance company and make your claim over the phone Then provide us with your claim number. You can bring your vehicle in and we will take digital photo’s and provide a quote direct to the insurance company.
All assessments are done electronically, via e-mail or website. We assess your vehicle and take photo’s to pass onto the insurance company. We can do this while you wait, It usually takes around 10 - 15 minutes. You can wait and have a coffee in the comfort or our reception area.
Once the insurance company has told us we can proceed with repairs we will phone you and organise a time that suits you to repair your car and send you off with a Loan Vehicle. Pick up and collection is also available by arrangement.
